Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
Order Status & Tracking
Orders are shipped via Canada Post, and all shipments include tracking. You can use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to follow your order’s progress.If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of your shipping confirmation, please reach out to us at customer.service@mastermixdesserts.com with your name and order number. We’ll look into it right away.
Estimated Delivery Times
We currently ship across Canada. Estimated delivery times for some provinces are:
Alberta: 4–5 business days
British Columbia: 4–5 business days
New Brunswick: 4–5 business days
Quebec: 3–4 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and during peak seasons.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a full refund, minus any return shipping costs.
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please email us at customer.service@mastermixdesserts.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and any relevant photos if applicable. We’ll respond with return instructions and shipping details.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at customer.service@mastermixdesserts.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
